The downloaded file (infonet_offline.zip) is a compressed file (zip format) of the off-line website. To access the off-line website, the compressed file needs to be extracted using the following techniques for different operating systems:

a) Windows Operating System

  1. Download the 7-zip application from this link.
  2. Select either 32-bit or the 64-bit .exe file depending on the type of Windows Operating system you're using. Most modern PCs run on the 64-bit architecture.
  3. Install the 7-zip application.
  4. Right click on the compressed off-line site.
  5. Select 7-Zip. This will provide more options.
  6. Click on Extract Here option. The compressed file will be extracted in the current folder location.
  7. The off-line site can now be accessed by entering the infonet_offline folder generated from the extraction.
  8. Open the extracted file and run the offline by clicking on start-here.html file (a detailled instruction is found in the file named 'Manual')
  9. If your computer does not have a web browser, there is a portable browser application for Mozilla Firefox (version 50) in the offline.

Note: You can use the default Windows OS extraction tool to extract i.e. right click on the compressed file and select Extract All. However, using the 7-Zip application will provide better results in extraction and prevent extraction errors.
