Notes for REVIEW
mh 24.6.09, I have amended pest module text, pls have a look (Crotalaria is still offline) Are the local varieties without GM - reference address where to get seeds? local varieties? The following information is not consistent: Treatment thresholds vary depending on the crop and location. Normally, spraying should not occur when there is less than one caterpillar per five plants (CABI, 2000). A control measure is not necessary unless you find more than nine small to medium-sized caterpillars per plant. Neem: we link to neem for further information, but how to prepare an ethanolic extract is not explained in the neem chapter.
